Shop/Shipping Policy

  • All earrings are made to order so the time I need to prepare and process an order varies. However, the current turn around time is one week.

  • With current shipping delays, shipping times are estimated between 7-10 business days.
  • As of January 1, 2021, all orders over $35, prior to tax, will receive automatic free shipping.
  • Allow for slight variations in color/pattern and/or small imperfections. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Each piece is handmade by me, in my shop from start to finish, including designing, hand mixing colors, hand rolling, sanding, drilling, glazing, and assembling! 
  • These pieces are built with high quality clay and methods, however, clay is not unbreakable; take care of pieces when handling. Keep away from water and perfume. Keep stored in a safe area.
  • All earrings have stainless steel backs and are nickel free!
  • All pieces are packaged in small, durable boxes and are then shipped in padded envelopes. 
  • If you are interested in a custom order or variation in color or style, I would love to do my best to accommodate you! Feel free to message me with your request! 

Refund/Returns Policy

  • I do not accept returns due to the "made-to-order" status of the earrings. However, I happily accept exchanges. Contact me within three days of delivery and ship item(s) to me within ten days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in the item’s value.
  • I do not accept cancellations but contact me if you have a problem with your order
  • Items that cannot exchanged include custom or personalized orders
